1.   Property Identification

Moinho do Canto Residence is a hotel establishment registered with the National Register of Tourist Enterprises (RNET) under number 13354, in the Hotel category, located at Rua dos Carvalhais nº 15, 2040-340 Rio Maior, Portugal.

 

2.   Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made directly with Moinho do Canto Residence, as well as through external booking platforms.

By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

 

3.   Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the property.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse reservations that do not comply with the established conditions or in case of incorrect information provided by the client.

 

4.   Prices and Payments

The prices presented are per night and may vary depending on season, occupancy, promotional campaigns or commercial policies in force.

Payment may be made through the methods available at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated, all reservations require advance payment or payment guarantee.

 

5.   Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00

Check-out: until 12:00

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

 

6.   Cancellations and No-show

 

Cancellation conditions vary according to the rate selected at the time of booking. For non-refundable rates, no refund will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.

 

7.   Occupancy and Use of the Accommodation

The maximum number of guests per room must respect the capacity defined for each room type.

The guest agrees to use the facilities responsibly, respecting the space, silence and other guests.

 

8.   Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless expressly authorised by the property.

 

9.   Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or enclosed areas of the building. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

 

10.   Parties and Events

Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorisation from the management.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal of the guest, without any refund.

 

11.  Guest Responsibility

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay.

The Moinho do Canto Residence reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs for damaged items.

 

12.   Security and Personal Belongings

The accommodation is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.

Guests are advised to use available safety facilities.

 

13.   Services and Amenities

The accommodation provides services such as swimming pool, continental breakfast and the Canto 41 restaurant.

Some services may be subject to specific schedules or seasonal availability.

 

14.   Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively for reservation purposes, stay management and legal obligations.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

15.   Changes

The Moinho do Canto Residence reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

16.  Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the court of Rio Maior, waiving any other jurisdiction.
